If needed I will add links to exercises at a later time. If you don't know what the exercises mentioned are, just google them or search on youtube. I'll throw a workout down the bottom for anyone who wants that, but if you REALLY want to improve - read the whole thing and LEARN how to jump higher. Most people just want to know what exercises, how many reps and sets and how many times a week. My experience is lots of training over a lot of years, gains, losses, injuries and god damn do I wish I was training like I am now while I was younger rather than making mistakes and over training. There really isn't an easy answer, but I decided to create a guide to the best of my ability to help anyone who needs it.
